New Blackfrost League of Legends skins have popped up on the Public Beta Environment for Alistar, Renekton, and Rek’Sai.
Prior to this, the only champion with a Blackfrost skin was Anivia. It took her originally light blue icey design and turned it darker, with a special evil sounding voice and all. We can only assume that Alistar, Renekton, and Rek’Sai have turned further to the darkside and are working alongside her.
These skins are part of the PBE cycle for patch 10.5, and should go live after this patch hits live servers.

Note that Alistar and Renekton share a splash art, with each version being slightly shifted over to focus on the specific champion.

This skin ends the long quest for a Rek’Sai skin, as her last one, Pool Party, was released in June 2015.
